Claim forms can be downloaded from the website or collected at any branch.
Supporting documents such as quotations, driver’s license copies, and police reports are required. Completed forms can be submitted via email or in person. LNIG Hollard ensures that all Hollard car insurance claims in Lesotho are processed promptly, subject to investigation and satisfactory documentation.

Claims procedure
- Notify LNIG Hollard as soon as reasonably possible by contacting us on +266 222 13 500 or WhatsApp +266 624 487 76 or by sending an email to claims@lnighollard.co.ls. You may also visit any of our branches.
- Fill out an accident claim form either by downloading it from our website or collecting it from any of our branches.
- Once the claim form has been filled out, send it via email to insureclaims@lnighollard.co.ls or submit it at our branches along with the following documents.
- Two quotations
- A copy of the driver’s license belonging to the person driving at the time of the incident
- A police map

- Fill and sign the claim form either by downloading it from our website or collecting it from any of our branches.
- Once the claim form has been filled out, send it via email to insureclaims@lnighollard.co.ls or submit it to any of our branches and return it to the insurance company with the following information:
- 1x quotation
- A copy of the driver’s license of the person who was driving at the time of the accident

- Statement of the driver if hijacked, or statement of the client, or the person in custody of the vehicle
- A copy of the driver’s license of the person who was driving at the time of the accident
- Full Police Report and not just police case number
