Building
- Notify LNIG Hollard of the claim as soon as possible by contacting us on +266 2221 3500, WhatsApp +266 624 487 76 or email claims@lnighollard.co.ls.
- Fill and sign the claim form by downloading it here or collecting it from any of our branches, and return it (insureclaims@lnighollard.co.ls) with the following information:
- 2x quotations
- Police Report – Fire Brigade police report, and if there is theft, a full police report.
- A loss adjuster will be appointed and will submit the report to us.
- An offer will be made to the client, or an authorisation to repair will be made to the supplier.
- Payment will be made to the repairer once repairs are completed, and to the client or financier once the signed agreement of loss is returned to LNIG Hollard.
