Step 2 – Find out what documents are required

There are standard documents that need to be submitted to us:

• Original death certificate 
• Original medical death certificate (If death occurred at the hospital)
• Original mortuary letter
• Police report from LNIG Hollard (If the cause of death is accidental)
• Original deceased proof of age
• Original beneficiary proof of identity
• Beneficiary’s banking details
• Proof of premium payments
•  Policy document 

Step 3 – Visit your nearest branch

After compiling the above documents, you can visit your nearest LNIG Hollard branch to submit and lodge your claim.
