Life claims process

Step 1 - Get in touch

As soon as the insured event takes place, you can get in touch with your LNIG Hollard broker or agent or by visiting any of our branches.

Step 2 - Fill out a claim form

You can fill out a form by downloading it here or collecting it from any of our branches.

Step 3 - Feedback on your claim

As soon as you submit your claim form with the required documents, we will process your claim. LNIG Hollard will then be in touch with feedback on your claim, and you can expect payment or guidance on what steps to follow in the unlikely event that we have not approved your claim.
