How To Claim
Miscellaneous Basics

Theft, Money and Goods in Transit

  • Notify LNIG Hollard of the claim as soon as possible by emailing claims@lnighollard.co.ls, calling +226 2221 3500, WhatsApp +266 624 487 76, or by visiting any of our branches.
  • Fill out and sign the claim form by downloading it here or visiting any of our branches, and return it (insureclaims@lnighollard.co.ls) with the following information:
    • Theft – proof of stock or stolen items
    • Money – proof of cash
    • Goods in Transit – proof of consignment and delivery note
    • Full police report and police map, where applicable
  • A loss adjuster and or investigator will be appointed and will submit the report to the insurance company.
  • An offer will be made to the client, or an authorisation to repair will be made to the supplier.
  • Payment will be made to the repairer once repairs are completed, and to the client or financier once the signed agreement of loss is returned to the insurance company.

    • Police report if there is theft or malicious damage
  • A loss adjuster and or investigator will be appointed and will submit the report to the insurance company.
  • An offer will be made to the client, or an authorisation to the repairer will be made to the supplier.
  • Payment will be made to the repairer once repairs are completed, and to the client or financier once the signed agreement of loss is returned to the insurance company.
